Chelsea will be looking to maintain their 100% start to the new season when they take on West Ham at the London Stadium this afternoon.
Maurizio Sarri has made several changes to the side that beat PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday night with Cesar Azpilicueta coming in at right-back and Davide Zappacosta dropping out. David Luiz also gets a recall in defence as he starts alongside Antonio Rudiger and Marcos Alonso.
