Mauricio Pochettino has rotated his squad with Juan Foyth and Davinson Sanchez coming in to the defence allowing Toby Alderweireld to have a rest. Keiran Trippier starts at right-back while Kyle Walter-Peters comes in at left-back with Ben Davies missing out due to injury.
Youngster Oliver Skipp gets a start in midfield alongside Eric Dier while George-Kevin Nkoudou starts in attack along with Lucas Moura and Fernando Llorente. Erik Lamela and Harry Winks drop to the bench.
Christian Eriksen is given a well earned rest while Victor Wanyama returns to the bench after recovering from a knee injury.
