Pep Guardiola has recalled Kevin De Bruyne to the starting eleven as the Belgian international lines-up along with Bernardo Silva and David Silva in the City midfield. Ilkay Gundogan is surprisingly picked ahead of Fernandinho in the holding role.
Raheem Sterling supports Sergio Aguero in attack for Man City while Benjamin Mendy lines-up at the back along with Vincent Kompany, Aymeric Laporte and Kyle Walker.
Tottenham go with a back four as Kieran Trippier starts along with Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen while Danny Rose is preferred ahead of Ben Davies at left-back. Victor Wanyama keeps his place in midfield alongside Moussa Sissoko with Harry Winks and Eric Dier missing out through injury.
