Pep Guardiola has recalled Sergio Aguero as the Argentinean international replaces Gabriel Jesus up front while Bernado Silva and Raheem Sterling offer support in the Man City attack.
Nicolas Otamendi starts alongside Ameyric Laporte in defence with John Stones missing out while Kyle Walker keeps his place at right-back ahead of Joao Cancelo. Ilkay Gundogan lines-up in midfield alongside Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri.
Tottenham bring Christian Eriksen back into the starting eleven with Lucas Moura making way as Erik Lamela keeps his place in support of Harry Kane up front. Moussa Sissoko and Tanguy Ndombele start alongside Harry Winks in midfield.
Jan Vertonghen must once again make do with a place among the subs as Mauricio Pochettino sticks with Davinson Sanchez alongside Toby Alderweireld in the middle of defence. Danny Rose and Kyle Walker-Peters occupy the full-back positions.
