Tottenham came from a goal down to beat Manchester City 3-1 at White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon to give their top-four hopes a huge boost.
City came flying out the blocks and took an early lead through Samir Nasri but Spurs levelled in the 75th minute when a superb Bale cross was turned in at the far post by Dempsey. Jermain Defoe then turned the game on it’s head just minutes later when he curled home a right footed shot for 2-1 before Gareth Bale then sealed a stunning comeback with a third when he chipped over the on-rushing Hart for 3-1.
