[Video] Adnan Januzaj Scores Golazo Free-Kick For Man Utd U-21’s vs Spurs U-21’s

Adnan Januzaj scored a stunning free-kick for Manchester United’s under-21’s during a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Stevenage’s Lamex Stadium On Monday evening.

With less than five minutes to go the game was still locked at 0-0 and Januzaj looked to have won it with a sensational free-kick which found the top corner from out on the right flank in the 87th minute.

Spurs equalised in controversial circumstances just a minute later before Januzaj set up Tom Thorpe for the winner in stoppage time to cap a dramatic win for United that sees them move top of the under-21’s table.

While the victory was important, it was the performance from Januzaj that has once again hit the headlines. The Belgian youngster has found first team football hard to come by this season but he’s sure to be giving Louis van Gaal plenty to think about after another eye-catching display for the under-21’s.

With Wayne Rooney now suspended for three matches following his sending off against West Ham, perhaps it’s time for Januzaj to step up and be given a chance in the first team?
