Manchester United moved up to third in the Premier League table with a 3-1 win over Leicester City at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
Robin van Persie opened the scoring with a fine volley before Radamel Falcao bundled the ball home for 2-0 midway through the first half.
Wes Morgan put through his own net to give United a commanding 3-0 lead at the break and although Leicester pulled one back in the second period, the hosts held on to secure the three points.
The victory sees United move into third place in the Premier League table with Louis van Gaal’s men now just five points adrift of rivals Man City following their draw at Chelsea.
After the game, several players have taken to social media sites to react to the win with Daley Blind and Ander Herrera taking to Twitter to celebrate an important victory.
Marcos Rojo posted his message on Instagram while Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie thanked the fans for their support on their official Facebook pages.
