Liverpool Duo Joined By Spurs & Chelsea Stars In Premier League Team of the Week

Players from Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City have all made it in to the WhoScored? Premier League Team of the Week.

Liverpool maintained their push for the top four with an impressive 4-1 victory over West Ham at the London Stadium on Saturday evening and two of their attacking stars have been named in the TOTW.

Mohamed Salah continued his sensational start to life at Anfield with another two goals to earn a score of 8.8 while team-mate Roberto Firmino also makes it in to the side thanks to his score of 8.4.

Chelsea beat Manchester United 1-0 in a hard fought game at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon with Alvaro Morata scoring the only goal of the game. However, it’s defender Cesar Azpilicueta who makes it in to the side thanks to his score of 8.1 following another excellent performance in defence.

Tottenham needed a second half winner from Hueng-min Son to see-off bottom club Crystal Palace yesterday and Jan Vertonghen has been named in the TOTW after registering a score of 8.2.

However, the highest scoring individual of the weekend was Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne as his Man of the Match display during their 3-1 win over Arsenal earned the Belgian a score of 9.6.
