Jose Mourinho has handed Alexis Sanchez his full debut following his move from Arsenal earlier this week and the Chilean lines-up in attack alongside Marcus Rashford and Juan Mata.
Sergio Romero gets a run out in goal while Michael Carrick makes a rare appearance in the middle of the park alongside Ander Herrera and Scott McTominay.
Matteo Darmian is also given a rare chance to impress in defence while Victor Lindelof, Marcos Rojo and Luke Shaw make-up the back four with Chris Smalling and Ashley Young among the subs.
Jesse Lingard is also named on the bench along with Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic.
