4-3-3: Mourinho To Recall Key Man But 7 Miss Out | Expected Man Utd XI vs Brighton

Manchester United will look to build on their win over Leicester when they take on Brighton at the Amex Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Here is the line-up I think Jose Mourinho will go with:
Goalkeeper: David De Gea is certain to keep his place between the sticks as he’s nailed-on to be Mourinho’s No.1 this season. With Sergio Romero continuing to work his way back to full fitness following knee surgery Lee Grant will be on the bench on Sunday.
Defence: Antonio Valencia is back in training following a calf injury that he picked up in pre-season but this game will come too soon for the Ecuadorian international so Matteo Darmian should keep his place at right-back after failing to secure a move to Italy this summer.
Ashley Young isn’t fit to start just yet after only returning to pre-season training last week so Luke Shaw should continue at left-back after scoring his first senior goal of his career during the win over Leicester.
Chris Smalling and Phil Jones are pushing for recalls in the middle of defence but Mourinho could stick with Eric Bailly alongside Victor Lindelof after they started last time out. Marcos Rojo and Diogo Dalot remain unavailable.
Midfield: Nemanja Matic is back in full training after recovering from an abdominal injury but he won’t be available to face Brighton so Andreas Pereira could keep his place after an encouraging display last weekend.
Ander Herrera is remains out with a hamstring injury while Marouane Fellaini may have to make-do with a place on the bench again.
Mourinho insists he has no issue with Paul Pogba amid reports of a bust-up between the two players and the United boss says the French midfielder will keep the armband for the trip to the south coast.
Summer signing Fred made his full debut last weekend and he’s expected to retain his place in midfield with Scott McTominay once again on the bench.
Attack: Romelu Lukaku is in-line to get a recall to the starting eleven on Sunday after making an appearance off the bench during the win over Leicester and his return will be a big boost for United.
Marcus Rashford could be moved out to the wing but I think we might see him drop to the bench this weekend with Juan Mata keeping his place on the wing after a solid display last week. Jesse Lingard is back in training and close to a return but he’s not fit to start just yet.
Alexis Sanchez was disappointing against Leicester but no doubt he’ll still retain his place in attack and Mourinho will be hoping for a much improved performance from the Chilean international this weekend.
Here is how we think United will line-up:
