Interim boss Rafa Benitez has named a strong starting eleven for the game with the likes of Juan Mata, Eden Hazard, Petr Cech, Frank Lampard and Ramires all starting.
Striker Fernando Torres also plays with Demba Ba ineligible while Ryan Bertrand gets a start at left back with Ashley Cole rested. Captain John Terry is also given a breather to try and fully recover from his troublesome knee injury and German midfielder Marko Marin is given another run-out.
