The Blues were leading 1-0 heading into the game after last weeks 1-0 away win but the Czech outfit shocked the Bridge by levelling things when Lafata smashed home from close range after just 17 minutes. Despite creating several chances the home side needed a last minute stunner from Eden Hazard to equalise and with it earn a 2-1 aggregate win to progress to the last 16. Watch the goals here:
